Privacy information according to art. 13 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation

alias GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

Preface

This disclosure coincides, in principle, with that provided by art. 13 D.lgs. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code).
The personal data we process are always collected by the person concerned, through personal interviews or using communication channels such as e-mail, fax, telephone, websites, social networks.

  2. Contact details (name, email, tel, fax, included in the previous point)
  3. Approval documents and curriculum vitae attached
  4. Profiling data (Article 4, point 4)

Data controller

Consent and lawfulness of the treatment

Where consent is not given explicitly, the sending of CVs, identity documents, research requests, signing of agreements and contractual conditions, constitute unequivocal positive actions of the respective interested parties (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f, Recital C32 ), which reflect the will and consent of these to the processing of their personal data by the Agency.
Personal data will also be transmitted without consent to the judicial authorities who will make a justified request in all cases provided for by Italian and European legislation.

Purpose and obligation to communicate data

The only purposes of the treatment are the search and selection of personnel and jobs, free for those looking for employment.
The legal basis are the arrangements envisaged by the Italian State, and moreover, when the addressee is:

  1. a client company, as per the contractual terms and conditions;
  2. a worker in search of employment, refers to the truthfulness of the data provided and the fact that he is aware of any criminal penalties in the case of false statements or use of false deeds (Article 76 of Presidential Decree No. 445/00).

The processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the owner (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f), therefore, the failure to transmit all the data required by our forms of compilation, it makes it impossible to render the service.

Method of treatment

The data are mainly stored using computer methods, through the use of databases, emails, faxes, social networks and paper archives.
The storage and processing of data takes place in some distinct moments. They are collected through:

  1. website, hosted by TOPHOST s.r.l. (https://www.tophost.it/norme/privacy), the data entered by the user remain on Tophost’s servers;
  2. e-mails, social networks, telephone numbers, faxes, are transcribed by us on IT supports owned by the Agency, located in its offices; the data collected on the website also converge here;
  3. the only contact data are synchronized on the telephone devices, consequently they flow into the rubrics of the Agency and collaborators, hosted by Google and the main social networks.

Main social networks and reference to their privacy policy:

Computer data collected for statistical purposes by the website: the software of the site automatically stores appropriate information eg. to IP geolocation, using “Google analytics” and “Facebook Pixel”. In this case the collected data are managed and processed by Google and Facebook, even with the use of “cookies”, while we can access them for statistical purposes and for better use of our services. You can oppose the collection of this kind of data by suitably configuring your browser or your own security software (http://www.google.com/intl/it/policies/technologies/product-privacy/).

Security

The computer networks inside the Agency’s offices as well as the administrative access to the website are protected by tools and devices capable of preventing illicit acts, even with the use of appropriate technologies and precautions.

Retention period

Personal data is stored and kept indefinitely, until revocation of the interested party.

Right of access, rectification, withdrawal, complaint

The interested party has full access to personal data, therefore can correct them or cancel them, where this corresponds to a revocation of the service.
There is also the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77).

Automated decision-making processes

For searches, the site software uses filters and functionalities, which are able to combine the characteristics of professional profiles with those of job offers. Users can interact with these tools in complete autonomy, deciding whether or not to enable them.

Other personal data collected and stored on the website servers

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
